We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with a proven ability to drive business growth through IT and Digital Service offerings such as:

  • Website Design & Development

  • SEO / AEO & Digital Marketing

  • eCommerce & Custom Web Development Solutions

  • Branding & Talent Acquisition Support

You will be responsible for identifying and engaging offshore companies and agencies seeking to outsource web, digital, or staffing services, building strong relationships that convert into long-term partnerships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 + years of international IT service sales experience (mandatory)

  • Strong understanding of digital services and market trends

  • Proven ability to generate leads & close deals via LinkedIn, Emails, Upwork, Cold outreach or other mediums etc.

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently, available to work in PST/EST time zones and meet business development targets

Preferred:

  • Prior experience dealing with offshore agencies or clients

Experience: We are seeking 3–5 (or more) skilled and reliable WordPress Developers with a strong grasp of WordPress architecture and custom theme development. Candidates should have a minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience and be proficient in converting designs from PSD, Figma, Adobe XD, or Canva into fully responsive and functional WordPress themes using clean, scalable code.

The ideal candidates will have experience working with premium themes such as Divi, Elementor, WPBakery, Genesis, and those from Envato Market, along with strong plugin implementation and customization skills. Familiarity with page builders, performance optimization, and WordPress best practices is essential.

Key Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of WordPress core, theme hierarchy, and plugin ecosystem

  • Experience developing custom WordPress themes from scratch

  • Proficient in converting PSD to responsive WordPress themes

  • Hands-on experience with Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, Genesis, Envato, and other premium themes

  • Comfortable working with page builders and advanced theme customization

  • Skilled in implementing features using plugins, with the ability to customize or extend plugins when needed

  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, and PHP

  • Familiarity with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields), custom post types, and WordPress best practices

  • Knowledge of SEO, site performance optimization, and WordPress security standards

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

  • Experience with WooCommerce development and customization

  • Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
